Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

JumaBiz and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using our platform. By using our service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JumaBiz shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Service interruptions or data loss • Third-party actions or content Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for: • Breach of these Terms • Fraudulent or illegal activity • Non-payment of fees You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
